The Washington County courthouse is located at 420 S. Johnstone Ave. in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Washington County was founded in 1907, but it was not until 1912 that a bond issue to fund the courthouse was passed, on the third attempt.

The Old Washington County Courthouse is a reinforced concrete building that was built in 1913, designed by P.H. Weathers in Second Renaissance Revival style. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981. The former courthouse on Frank Phillips Boulevard was built back in 1913 and is now used as business offices for many tenants.

The current courthouse serves as the county seat in Bartlesville, providing judicial services and county administration for Washington County residents.
