The Craig County Courthouse serves as the judicial and administrative center for Craig County in Vinita, Oklahoma. The two-story red and white brick building is located on landscaped grounds in the center of Vinita in South Park, featuring a distinctive clock on each side.

Craig County was created in 1907 and named for Granville Craig, a prominent Cherokee farmer. The county serves 14,107 residents as of the 2020 census. The current courthouse replaced a historic 1920 building that was demolished in 2018.

The courthouse serves as the judicial hub for Judicial District 12, with multiple district and associate judges overseeing legal matters. It also houses the City of Vinita Municipal Court, which meets twice monthly on Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.

There is a free parking lot to the west of the building and also free street parking on the south and east sides of the building

If you want the famous spot, the one that’s been on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives then head over to Clantons Café. Another great Rt 66 spot is the Hi-Way Cafe on the west end of town. For a lighter lunch with high quality ingredients we love to stop by East Side Coffee.
